Ballet & FFA

Before we left for our Spring Break trip, we had a busy week. Maisy began her private lessons with Ms. Marina. We are so proud of her for working so hard.

And then it was time for the big Tarrant County Junior stock show!

This was quite the experience. We arrived, registered and waited for 5 hours to show our rabbits. We then found out that even after we showed them, if they were chosen to 'make sale', we would not be able to sell them because the Auction was at the exact same time as our flight to Idaho. WOW.

So we waited and waited and decided we could just show them for fun!  All the bunnies seemed equally qualified for this show don't you think?

As it rolled on towards 9pm and we still hadn't shown the rabbits or eaten dinner, we threw in the towel. The girls didn't want to send the rabbits to the 'meat truck' and Jeff and I just wanted to leave. We are not FFA people.

Happily, we got to go to Railhead for dinner, a really late dinner. And now we have 2 more pet rabbits. Bringing our total rabbit count to 3.

The End - LOL
