Preschool Thanksgiving

A Thanksgiving Feast at preschool is pretty much like the original Thanksgiving. The 'Indian Princesses' wore sequins.

Guests dined on chick-fil-a nuggets.

Everyone gathered for multiple group photos.

Friends drank bottled water and told jokes.

Some had more fun than others-- that poor Chief on the end doesn't look impressed :)

But everyone stopped to give thanks to God.

I hope that our Thanksgiving meal on Thursday will be as bountiful and full of grace as the one Maisy had at preschool.

Psalm 107:1
"Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His love endures forever."

Halloween 2014

Halloween got a whole week this year! First up was Maisy's Fall Festival at school. She was Strawberry Shortcake this year.

The next day we had Donuts for Dads, ghost stories, and pumpkin carving at Afton's school.

After school it was time for trick-or-treating!

Jeff was a bottle of his favorite hot sauce- sriracha! I wore a wig.
We had over lots of friends and family to trick-or-treat and celebrate on the driveway.

The next morning was soccer, cheer, and Afton's Fall Festival at school.

Jeff and I went to Dalllas that night for a 'going away party'. We realized Uptown makes us feel old ;)

Finally Sunday rolled around and decided to end the spooky week with a trip to the Science Museum.

It was a fun week, but I am looking forward to little less "busy" this week!
