Veteran's Day & November Fun

We celebrated those who serve our country with a patriotic program at HES. Maisy was so excited to sing- she practiced at home all week. Notice Maisy is wearing her official ’Veterans Day’ skirt?? It's the same skirt she has worn every year for Veterans Day since Kindergarten- she is in 4th grade now! Hoping to continue the tradition next year!!

Afton's middle school volleyball career officially ended. The season was a challenge, but it ended on a good note. The student vs. staff volleyball game. On to the next sport!

And Afton cheered at her last middle school football game.  (So many 'lasts'!!)  It was at Mustang Panther Stadium and CTMS beat HMS. It was a fun night! Maisy and the other 'little kids' were invited onto the field to help cheer. So cute!

Fall weather finally arrived, I took the girls and Addison to the Grapevine Bark Park. The humans had as much fun as the dogs :)

Jeff has been cooking up a storm! I think the cooler temps have us all feeling happy!

And we celebrated Grandpa's birthday a few days early. He and Grandma have been loving their RV trips, so I made him a 'happy camper' birthday cake :)

I can't believe November is half over!
