8th Grade VB, Homecoming Parades, and a Cabbage

Fall in middle school means a lot of volleyball. Afton was happy to be with her friends, but she really missed Coach Weeks this year.

We also did our usual-- two homecoming parades with MP Cheer.

We took the girls to the GHS Homecoming Parade in the big MP Stadium.

Maisy grew a cabbage for a year - we were supposed to submit it for a contest. But we missed the deadline and didn't really think her cabbage was large enough to have won. So we congratualted her on keeping it alive and thriving for an entire year. It is still growing in our backyard. We took a photo to document the moment.

We turned the Craft Room into the Sleepover Room- with a little help from IKEA.

We took the girls to the GHS vs CHHS Volleyball game. Happily GHS won! Maisy and her friend Charlotte sat with us. Afton was off with friends :)

And here is a photo of Maisy in her stretching class. Ouch!
