So many good memories this summer.
We spent some fun time with Grammy at the Galleria- shopping and talking. And eating :)
We had fun with friends.
We've been trying to sneak in reading too.
Afton wrapped her swim team season. It was such a great experience, she says she wants to do it again next summer. At the end of season party, there was a doggie 'swim race'. Coco entered and came in 2nd place. She hopes for 1st place next summer.
Despite all the heat, we keep hiking! Grapevine Lake has some pretty good trails. It's hot, but if we stay mostly in the shade, it's not too bad.
The girls both went back to Camp Thurman. I think it was their best camp ever. They both had fun and learned a lot about their faith.
The girls and I made it to Klyde Warren Park one day too. They played in the water, had a picinic and then we all got Steel City Pops. They were yummy!
This summer is going to be hard to beat. School starts August 21st-- we aren't going to slow down until we have to!
