The North Pole Express

Grammy treated us to a trip to the North Pole. We boarded the train in Grapevine and headed on our way.

It was sunny and cold outside, but warm and toasty in the train. 

To the girls' delight, the train had two elves on board who sang Christmas carols, danced and read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas'. 

Their Christmas spirit was contagious! Each child was given a beautiful silver bell necklace from the elves.

When we arrived at the North Pole, we made our way through the Christmas tree maze. Of course it was snowing- it was the North Pole! 

Then we went inside Santa's Village for some musical entertainment from the elves, a visit from Santa and delicious frozen cocoa. Such a magical way to celebrate Christmas.
