Jeff's sweet Mama Dae passed away during the Christmas holidays. Due to COVID and the holiday season, we couldn't get everyone together to do a proper memorial. But after many delays, we were finally all able to celebrate her life and share memories.
The memorial service was held at Debbie's house. The family in Georgia that could not attend, joined us via Zoom. It was a very '2021' event!
Everyone shared memories. Jessie put together a slideshow. And the kids all read bible verses. I know Mama would have been happy with the event.
We released balloons and lanterns for Mama.
I am sure Mama and Papa looked down and smiled when they saw everyone together,
remembering them.
