Palm Sunday 2016

We drove to out to Grammy & Gramp's new house for a crisp, sunny Palm Sunday celebration.

Lots of cousins joined us-- and Mimi & Grandanny too. 

We had a yummy lunch and played inside for a bit.

Then we all went outside for bubbles and the Easter Egg hunt! 

Lots of candy filled eggs were found. 

 And we finished the day with an 'early Happy Birthday' to Afton who will be 10 on Monday!

 It was a sweet day:)

Easter 2015

We had a really good Easter. Maisy had an egg hunt at school.

At home we had lots of family time. The girls and I made some crafts.

On Easter day we hosted lunch and an egg hunt.

Easter 2014

Easter is my favorite religious holiday. Christmas is beautiful, but the meaning gets lost in presents and lights. Easter seems pure. It is the essence of the cross and Jesus and our beliefs. The girls got to participate in a lot of the fun of Easter this year, while still holding onto the truth behind it all.
