Last day of elementary school. I am so thankful for ten years at HES. The teachers, the staff, the friends, the families, this community! Maisy has learned so much and grown in so many ways. I am proud of this smart, confident girl. She is ready for middle school! #lastdayofschool #theconnergirls

. So thankful for this school, the friendships made, and so many fun memories. (And yay for a day that felt normal -with smiles, sunshine & tug of war!!!)
Jeff and I celebrated our 18th Anniversary on March 1st.
So happy we were able to sneak away for a weekend in Cancun to celebrate. We did all my favorite things- relaxed by the water, went on long runs, got a couples massage, had yummy food & drinks, and laughed a lot.
Mother's Day Weekend was made even more special with Maisy's ballet recital! She was in 11 dances- so fun to watch her perform! Life in the motherhood is good!
Jeff's sweet Mama Dae passed away during the Christmas holidays. Due to COVID and the holiday season, we couldn't get everyone together to do a proper memorial. But after many delays, we were finally all able to celebrate her life and share memories.
So thankful for today. Live, in-person, on a stage, with an audience!!!! So proud of Maisy’s confidence and grace. She hasn’t danced without a mask for a year. Her smile was waiting for this day! (And she got first place!)
